2. Services Provided VIEW GOOD PROPERTIES LIMITED offers the production of high-quality, unbranded, logo-free apparel. Customers may submit designs, color preferences, and print patterns for products including:

• Shorts
• T-Shirts
• Sweatshirts
• Jackets
• Tanks & Singlets
• Workwear
• Shirts & Polos
• Trackpants
• Pants

We provide customization options based on the submitted designs, colors, and prints.

3. Customer Responsibilities As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including product details and design submissions.
• Ensuring that any submitted design, logo, or print is your own creation or you have the right to use it.
• Accepting that any design submissions must comply with our guidelines (see “Design Guidelines” section below).
• Understanding that any product customization is done at your own risk and we are not responsible for design errors, including typos or formatting issues in the artwork.

4. Design Guidelines

• All designs and prints submitted must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Designs must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademarks, or patents.
• We reserve the right to refuse production of any design that violates these guidelines, is deemed inappropriate, or contains offensive material.

5. Order Process

• Once your order is placed, we will provide a confirmation of receipt. Customization and production will begin after we have received the necessary details and confirmation from you.
• You will receive a proof of your design for approval before the final product is produced. It is your responsibility to review the proof and confirm the accuracy of your order.
• Changes to the order after approval may incur additional charges and delays.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for products and customizations are listed on our website or as provided to you in the quote. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept payment through paypal,stripe,credit cart,etc.
• Any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and additional charges will be calculated at checkout.

7. Production and Shipping

• We will begin production of your order once payment and design approval are confirmed. The estimated production time will be provided, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, high demand, etc.).
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the delivery method chosen. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during shipping.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the customized nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is defective or not as per the approved design proof.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement item.
• We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers in design submissions (e.g., incorrect spelling, colors, or patterns).

9. Limitations of Liability

• VIEW GOOD PROPERTIES LIMITED is not liable for any damages or losses incurred from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order related to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights to the designs you submit, but by submitting your designs, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of creating and delivering the custom products.
• We reserve the right to use images of the final products in our promotional materials, website, or social media unless you request otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination of Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we believe you are in violation of these Terms of Service or if we are unable to process your order for any reason.

13. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
